**Sales Representative - Insurance Industry**

**About the Role:**

We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, cold calling, networking events, and industry gatherings
- Leverage your deep understanding of our insurance products and services to act as a trusted advisor to both potential and existing clients
- Employ a consultative sales approach to build strong relationships, address client concerns, and overcome objections to meet monthly sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, providing accurate information, and offering tailored solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through strategic cross-selling efforts
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations to maintain a competitive edge

**Qualifications:**

- Sales experience required; insurance industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with backgrounds in retail, telecommunications, automotive sales, property leasing, hospitality, or convenience store management are encouraged to apply
- Outstanding communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet goals and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Competitive base salary ranging from $35,300 to $39,600 for candidates new to the insurance industry
- Uncapped monthly commission and performance-based bonuses, with average first-year total compensation ranging from $43,400 to $54,800
- Higher base salary available for Senior Sales Representatives with active Property & Casualty or Life & Health producer licenses and proven insurance industry success
