Chipton-Ross is seeking a Fabrication Specialist B for a contract opportunity in West Jordan, UT.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

o Composite Fabrication experience. o Machine Operations o Detailed work instruction following. o Engineering Drawing Reading o Regular and predictable attendance is required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client is looking for West Jordan Composite Fabrication Specialists (Entry-level or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah. Performs composite fabrication machine set-up, machine operations, and fabrication tasks. Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements. o Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. o Composite bagging and forming. o Composite drilling and bonding. o Tooling preparation. o Machine set up and operation. o Overhead crane operations Successful completion of training is a contingency for all assignments? 1 week classroom training. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): o Overhead Crane driving

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Accredited High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. WORK HOURS: MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING Variable shifts 1st and 2nd 4/10 schedule. PER CLIENT: Candidates who do not have the flexibility to work all shifts or variable shifts should not apply for this opportunity. ADDITIONAL: Possible OT opportunities.
