Responsibilities:

• Stand and walk intermittently throughout the day.
• Carry pest control equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Perform pest control treatments in and around residential homes.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services.
• Make a positive impression on new customers.
• Adhere to daily and weekly schedules.
• Maintain a clean criminal and driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn $3,500 per month or 15% of services, whichever is higher.
• Potential to receive tips for exceptional work and building good rapport with customers.
