We're looking for a dedicated physician to provide professional services to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This position offers a mostly remote work arrangement with only 1-2 onsite visits required per month to facilities located in Henry, Marshall, and Robinson, Illinois. This unique blend of remote work and on-site engagement allows for a flexible and fulfilling professional experience.
What You'll Do (Medical Director Services):
Provide medical and procedural consultation to residents, adhering to all applicable facility policies and federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations (including Title 42, Section 483.75(i) of the Code of Federal Regulations and relevant state regulations).
Advise the Facility Administrator on concerns and opportunities related to the facility's scope of services, including the need for future resident care programs, medical equipment, and professional/support staff.
Be available to the facility 24/7 for emergencies.
Attend monthly QA and/or QAPI meetings (at least 10 months of the year).
Assist in developing clinical pathways to enhance resident care.
Support the facility's marketing efforts as requested.
Collaborate with other attending physicians to ensure the highest quality of care for residents and patients.

What You'll Need:
A valid medical license.
