What You'll Be Doing:
Provide Expert Consultation: Offer medical and procedural consultation to residents of skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Advise on Service Development: Advise the Facility Administrator on service improvements, future care programs, and medical equipment needs.
Ensure 24/7 Availability: Be available for emergencies, providing peace of mind to residents and staff.
Participate in Quality Improvement: Attend monthly QA/QAPI meetings to enhance resident care.
Develop Clinical Pathways: Assist in creating clinical pathways to improve resident care.
Support Marketing Efforts: Assist with marketing efforts as requested.
Collaborate with Attending Physicians: Work with other attending physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Willingness to travel for 1-2 onsite visits per month to facilities in Henry, Marshall, and Robinson, Illinois.
